NASA plans to capture an asteroid and bring it to Earth by 2025
The plan involves sending out a robotic spacecraft to go and put the asteroid in a bag and then lug it back to have a gander at what’s inside. Presumably, we’ll then be attaching frickin lasers to it although that’s just speculation at this time…
